The Challenge
As White Fox scaled rapidly, its existing 1 Gb network infrastructure had become a constraint on productivity and collaboration. File access delays, unreliable connectivity, and growing data demands were placing pressure on creative and operational teams. The move to a new Sydney head office presented both a challenge and an opportunity: to design and deliver a forward-looking IT environment within a tight construction schedule, while maintaining uninterrupted business operations throughout the transition.
Success required more than a technical upgrade. The IT workstream needed to be carefully aligned with the broader office build, other service providers, and the overall construction timeline. This made strong project governance, clear communication, and proactive risk management essential from the outset.

The Solution
White Fox engaged Lanter Technologies to review its requirements and architect a tailored solution for the new premises. Drawing on the long-standing relationship between the two organisations, Lanter worked closely with White Fox’s leadership team and project stakeholders to design a scalable network architecture incorporating 10 Gb-capable switching, redundant internet uplinks, enterprise-grade firewalls, and secure wireless connectivity throughout the new head office.
Lanter managed the full technology lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, configuration, security hardening, and deployment within limited work windows. Just as importantly, the project was supported by disciplined governance practices. Weekly project meetings, active risk management, and continuous communication across White Fox, Lanter, and other delivery partners ensured the IT workstream remained aligned with the wider build program.
Working closely with PMG, White Fox’s lead project managers, Lanter helped manage schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues before they affected project delivery. When risks were identified, they were prioritised based on their potential impact on the entire office build, not just the IT component. This collaborative approach ensured decisions were made in the best interests of the overall project outcome.
